Welcome! I’m Dr. Andrea Catano—known as “Dr. Dre” by my patients.
First and foremost, I’m a wife and a mom of two boys, a proud Colombian immigrant living the American Dream, and someone who values growth, discipline, and meaningful connection. I’m also a self-proclaimed nerd with an old soul who believes that how we live our lives directly impacts how we heal and perform.
With over 6 years of experience in physical therapy, I’ve worked with a wide range of patients—from athletes dealing with sport-related injuries to individuals recovering from post-operative procedures. My approach is rooted in helping people not only recover, but come back stronger, more resilient, and more confident than before.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy CrossFit and weightlifting, and I strive to live each day grounded in faith, family, and service to others. That same mindset carries into my work, where my goal is to help you build strength, restore function, and perform at your highest level—both physically and mentally.
